ADA Single Bend Push Bar Pair With Back To Back Mounting Hardware In Clear Anodized Finish For Aluminum Commercial Storefront Doors
Tahoma storefront door push bars are designed to mount to any storefront door. Each Tahoma push bar is commercial grade and manufactured from 1" diameter solid aluminum, so bending or denting will not occur even on the most abusive storefront entrance doors. Tahoma storefront door push bars are class 1 anodizing providing an overall finish protection as well as UV protection.
ADA Compliance
ADA, or the American Disabilities Act, was a law passed in 1990 to ensure equal accessibility for all. The guidelines must be followed by all commercial buildings. Unfortunately, in today's market there are many imported pull handles and push bars being offered for very inexpensive prices, that do not meet the ADA guidelines. This is most likely because they are manufactured in countries which do not follow or have these guidelines set into place. If you are a building owner or contractor, when you purchase a Tahoma storefront door handle, you can have the peace of mind knowing that our products are ADA compliant and Building Code Compliant.
Installation
The Tahoma storefront door push bar can be retrofitted to replace any existing storefront door push bar. Tahoma push bars are available for 36" or 48" wide storefront doors.

Tahoma Push Bar Mounting Types
With storefront door push bars there are a variety of mounting methods.
Tahoma Thru Bolt Mounting
Thru bolt mounting uses a heavy duty thru bolt designed to connect the push bar through the door. A finished thru bolt head is visible on the opposite side of the door stile. Thru bolt mounting is standard for all door manufacturers. Please refer to the product image for reference.
Tahoma Concealed Mounting
Concealed mounting uses a heavy duty bolt that attaches to the door stile. A concealed set screw at the bottom of the push bar holds it on the bolt. No visible bolt head is on the opposite side of the door stile. Please refer to the product image for reference.
Back To Back Mounting
Back to back mounting hardware is standard allowing the exterior door side push bar to attach through the storefront door lock stile and connect to the interior door side push bar.
