ADA Commercial Door Pull Handle
Tahoma storefront door pull handles are designed to mount to any storefront door. Each Tahoma pull handle is commercial grade and manufactured from 1" diameter solid aluminum, so bending or denting will not occur even on the most abusive storefront entrance doors. Tahoma storefront door pull handles are class 1 anodizing providing an overall finish protection as well as UV protection.
ADA Compliance
ADA, or the American Disabilities Act, was a law passed in 1990 to ensure equal accessibility for all. The guidelines must be followed by all commercial buildings. Unfortunately, in today's market there are many imported pull handles and push bars being offered for very inexpensive prices, that do not meet the ADA guidelines. This is most likely because they are manufactured in countries which do not follow or have these guidelines set into place. If you are a building owner or contractor, when you purchase a Tahoma storefront door handle, you can have the peace of mind knowing that our products are ADA compliant and Building Code Compliant.
Installation
The Tahoma storefront door offset pull handle can be retrofitted to replace any existing storefront door offset pull handle. Tahoma offset pull handles come in the 3 standard center to center mounting measurements used in the storefront door industry, which are 9", 10", and 12". If your storefront door has an oddball center to center measurement, then a standard Tahoma offset pull handle can still be installed by simply drilling new center to center holes in the door stile. The old, existing mounting holes from the non-standard pull handle can be filled with bondo and then re-sprayed with touch up paint.

Commercial Door Pull Handle Mounting Types
With pull handles there are a variety of mounting methods.
Tahoma Thru Bolt Mounting
Thru bolt mounting uses a heavy duty thru bolt designed to connect the pull handle through the door. A finished thru bolt head is visible on the opposite side of the door stile. Thru bolt mounting is standard for all door manufacturers. Please refer to the product image for reference.
Tahoma Concealed Mounting
Concealed mounting uses a heavy duty bolt that attaches to the door stile. A concealed set screw at the bottom of the pull handle holds it on the bolt. No visible bolt head is on the opposite side of the door stile. Please refer to the product image for reference.
Tahoma All Glass Door Thru Bolt Mounting
This option allows you to mount the pull handle directly on glass up to 1/2" thickness. Includes thru-bolt fasteners with finished button caps.
