How To Order

• This product is remanufactured and requires a "core" to ship back. When you purchase the remanufactured product you pay a core deposit up front. We ship you out the remanufactured product and include a prepaid shipping label in the box. You are required to ship the "core" or defective closer body back to us using the prepaid shipping label. It does not cost you any money to ship the core back to us. Once received, we will issue you a refund of the "core deposit" amount.
• Note: Cores are not optional, but a requirement. We need them in order to keep providing remanufactured closer bodies at discounted rates. If you choose to not ship the core back we will bill you the list price of the closer body as specified on the product page. We don't want to do this! So if you don't have a core, please do not buy from us!
